摘要
目的 :探讨次声下大鼠肝细胞损伤特点及意义。方法 :将雄性SD大鼠 36只随机分为对照组和 1d、 7d、 14d、2 1d和 2 8d共 6组 ,实验组在 16Hz次声 130db环境下每日暴露 1次 ,每次 2h ;取其肝汇管区和右叶边缘区两个部位肝组织用戊二醛和锇酸固定 ,透射电镜下观察肝超微结构变化。结果 :不同环境和天数次声作用后肝损伤以脂代谢紊乱和变性坏死为主 ,可见肝细胞脂代谢紊乱和肝细胞内的各种结构早期随作用次数增多其损伤逐渐加重 ,2 8d组其损伤程度有所恢复。结论 :次声下可以对肝细胞及组织造成不同程度损伤 ,2
Objective:To explore the characteristics and significance of changes of hepatocytes after infrasound damage in rats.Method:Thirty-six male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:control,1-day,7-day,14-day,21-day,and 28-day infrasound damagte group.The infrasound damage group.The infrasound damage groups were exposed to 16HZ and 130 dB infrasound for 2 hours per day. Separated liver tissue was fixed with Glutaraldehyde and Osmic acid to observe the changes of iepatocyte ultrastructure under electron microscope.Result:Lipometabolic di9sorder and degenerative necrosis were the main changes after infrasound damage.As infrasound-acting time went on at early stage,the damages aggravated.However,the damages allevioated to some extent in 28-day infrasound damage group.Conclusion:Infrasound can directly damage the ultrastructure of hepatocytes but the hepatocytes and liver tissues can adapt themselves to infrasound damage 28 days late.
