摘要
目的 探讨颅脑外伤手术中急性脑膨出的原因及有效的防治措施。方法 回顾性分析 18例患者术中出现急性脑膨出的原因及防治措施的疗效。结果 重型颅脑损伤、急性脑肿胀、术中继发颅内血肿形成、长时间脑组织缺血缺氧等是颅脑外伤手术中急性脑膨出的主要原因。本组病例死亡 11例 ,占 6 1% ,存活 7例 ,占 39%。结论 彻底清除血肿 ,充分减压、降低颅内压 ,控制血压 ,改善脑部供血、供氧等是预防及治疗术中脑膨出的有效措施。
Objective: To discuss the reasons for and preventive methods of acute cenencephalocele during traumatic cerebral operation Methods: Retrospective analysis of 18 patients with acute cenencephalocele was made.Results: Serious cerebral trauma, acute cerebral swelling, secondary intracerebral hematoma and ischemic anoxia were main reasons for acute cenencephalocele Conclusion: Complete clearance of hematoma, sufficient decompression and decrease of ICP are effective methods for prevention and treatment of acute cenencephalocele
