摘要
目的 探讨治疗分泌性中耳炎的新方法。方法 将 32 4例单侧分泌性中耳炎病人随机分为A、B、C 3组 ,分别采用药物治疗、加用鼓膜穿刺冲洗及加用鼓膜置管引流 3种方法来治疗。结果 A组治愈率为4 5 .6 0 % ;B组治愈率为 70 .0 8% ;C组治愈率为 90 .0 6 %。结论 加用鼓膜置管治疗分泌性中耳炎疗效肯定 ,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To explore the new method of curing secretory otitis media. Methods The 324 patients were divided into A, B and C groups causally, curing by medicine, tympanocentesis and the grommet insertion. Results The cure rate in Group A was 46.60%, in Group B was 70.08% and in Group C was 90.06%. Conclusion The effect of being cured by the grommet insertion was positive and it should be used widely.
