摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定阿奇霉素注射液的含量。方法:以μ-Bondapak-C_(18)柱为分析柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1％三乙胺水溶液(30:70),用磷酸调节pH至4.O,流速1.2 mL·min^(-1),检测波长205 nm,柱温40℃。峰面积外标法。结果:阿奇霉素在0.5～5 g·L^(-1)浓度范围内呈现良好线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率99.8％,RSD=1.02％(n=5)。结论:本方法操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可用于测定阿奇霉素注射液的含量。
OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for determining azithromycin injection. METHODS The analytical column was μ-Bondapak-C18 the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% triethylamine (30 : 70, to adjust the pH 4.0 with phosphoric acid) with 1.2 mL·min-1 of flow rate, the detective wavelength was 205 nm, and the column temperature was 40℃ . External standard method was used. RESULTS The standard curve of azithromycin was linear in the concentration of 0.5~5 g·L-1 (r = 0.9997), the average recovery was 99.8% , RSD =1.02% (n = 5).CONCLUSIONS The HPLC method was simple, rapid and accurate for the determination of azithromycin injection.
