肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT诊断

摘要肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤(myelolipoma)是一种较少见的良性肾上腺肿瘤,本人收集我院8年来经手术和病理证实的5例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤病例,CT表现颇为典型,现探讨如下.
