摘要
应用牛结核变态反应、牛结核斑点免疫金银染色法 ( Dot- IGSS)和 EL ISA 3种方法 ,同时检测结核污染牛场的4 98头份牛血清。结果发现 ,阳性检出率以变态反应为最高 ( 2 8.3% ) ,Dot- IGSS居中 ( 2 7.3% ) ,EL ISA最低 ( 17.2 % ) ;变态反应与 Dot- IGSS和 EL ISA的符合率较差 ,而 EL ISA和 Dot- IGSS具有较好的符合率 ;在变态反应阴性牛中 ,仍然检出了部分 Dot- IGSS和 EL ISA阳性牛。由此认为 ,先以变态反应检疫牛群 ,再随之实施抗体检测 。
Four hundred and ninety eight cattle are detected by bovine tuberculosis allergic reaction,Dot IGSS and ELISA in cattle ranch which is infected with bovine tuberculosis.The positive rates of bovine tuberculosis allergic reaction is 28 3%,Dot IGSS 27 3%,ELISA 17 2%.The positive rates of bovine tuberculosis allergic reaction is not much accorded with Dot IGSS and ELISA,whereas it is accorded each other between the ELISA and Dot IGSS.Some bovine tuberculosis negative cattle detected by bovine tuberculosis allergic reaction are positive in Dot IGSS and ELISA.It is shown that cattle should be detected by bovine tuberculosis allergic reaction following antibody detection and it is available to prevent bovine tuberculosis in the infected cattle ranch.
