摘要
目的 为掌握全民食盐加碘达到消除碘缺乏病 (IDD)目标后人群尿碘水平的动态变化 ,以便提出相应的防治对策。方法 按地理分布采用随机整群抽样方法 ,对不同病区学校 8~ 10岁学生、医院和幼儿园的不同人群测定尿碘。结果 共检测 847份尿样 ,尿碘中位数为 15 3 2 2ug/L。其中 0~ 2岁、幼儿园学前儿童、 8~ 10岁学生、孕妇尿碘水平分别在 164 2 2ug/L、 14 1 69ug/L、 199 5 3ug/L、 15 5 2 6ug/L。结论 应加强孕妇和 0~ 2岁婴幼儿等重点人群的碘营养监测。进一步巩固我省取得的碘缺乏病防治成果.
Objective To know the dynamic change of population urine iodine level after eliminating iodine deficiency disease (IDD) campaign by taking iodized salt, and to propose corresponding preventive strategy. Methods According to geographical distribution, a cluster random sampling was carried out in different IDD area including various populations of kindergarten children, 8-10 years old pupils and hospital persons to detect and analyze their urine iodine level. Results 847 urine samples were detected and analyzed totally, and the urine iodine median was 153.22μg/L. The median of 0-2 years old children, kindergarten children before school, 8-10 years old pupils and pregnant woman were 164.22μg/L, 141.69μg/L, 199.53μg/L and 155.26μg/L respectively. Conclusions We should strengthen iodine nutrition status surveillance to pregnant woman and 0-2 year old children to consolidate acquired achievement in eliminating IDD campaign.
