摘要
目的 :了解历代成方制剂及现代临床处方中细辛的用量。方法 :调查了《方剂学》、现行《药典》中的成方、临床中药汤剂含有细辛的处方。结果 :古、近代多数处方中细辛的用量是现行《药典》上限用量的 6倍～ 14倍 ;临床汤剂处方在《药典》范围内的占 4 7 5 %。结论 :古、近代、现代临床处方中细辛用量与现行《药典》规定的用量相距甚远。
OBJECTIVE: To comprehend the dosage of Herba Asari in the historical preparations and the present clinical prescriptions. METHODS:To investigate the prescriptions of TCM,The present pharmacopoeia and the clinical decoction prescriptions which comprise Herba Asari. RESULTS:The dosage of Herba Asari in ancient and modern times prescriptions is as six to fourteen times as the maximum of the present pharmacopoeia. It comprises 47.5% that the clinical prescriptions which dosage is in the scope of pharmacopoeia. CONCLUSION: The dosage of Herba Asari in ancient,modern and present times prescriptions is far away from the regulation dosage of pharmacopoeia.
