摘要
方法 :用种植内膜的方法造成大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型。结果 :宫宁胶囊可抑制大鼠子宫内膜异位病理组织学方面的改变 ,减少腺体数目 ,缩小腺腔内径 ,使腺上皮细胞萎缩。
Methods:Experimental endometriosis was studied in the intact female rat.Results:The change in pathology of end-ometriol explant had significantly decreased in the treated group compared with the untreated group.Less numbers of the glands,smaller glandular cavity,and shrunk glandular cells were also observed in the treated group.
