摘要
调查了 1 984— 2 0 0 2年的 85篇相关报道 ,并从小柴胡汤所治疗的疾病种类、适应症、药物的加减变化、剂量以及与名方合用等方面进行统计分析。可以看出小柴胡汤所治疗的发热以高热居多 ,适应疾病种类广泛 ,可用于内、外、妇、儿各科的感染性或非感染性发热 ,药物加减变化较多 ,剂量变化亦较大 ,并可与多首名方合用 ,扩大其治疗范围并增强疗效。这些特点可作为临床准确运用小柴胡汤的重要借鉴。
Minor Decoction of Bupleurum was widely used in the course of treating fevered diseases.In order to explore the features for which Minor Decoction of Bupleurum suitable and the principle of its modification,the auther investigated 85 pieces of related clinical reports which published from 1984 to 2002,and made statistical analysis on the aspects:kinds of diseases;suitable syndrome;modification of drugs;dosage;used in conjunction with famous prescriptions.The auther found out the following facts:the fever Minor Decoction of Bupleurum treated were mainly hyperthermia;various kinds of suitabale illness,it applied to infections or non infections fever among internal medicine,surgery,gynecology,pediatrics;wide modification of drugs;fluctuating modification of dose;it could be applied in conjunction with many famous prescriptions,which expanded the indications and enhanced the therapeutic effects.All those characteristics are valuble reference in prescribing Minor Decoction of Bupleurum on clinice practices.
