迷走神经切断术后过敏性哮喘大鼠延髓内脏带、下丘脑室旁核和视上核的Fos蛋白表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的 研究支气管哮喘状态下迷走神经向脑传递免疫信息的作用。方法 建立大鼠哮喘模型 ,在致敏状态下切断或假切断颈部双侧迷走神经 ,术后 2周用卵蛋白经呼吸道激发大鼠哮喘发作 ,2h后处死动物 ,用免疫组织化学ABC法观察延髓内脏带、下丘脑室旁核和视上核Fos蛋白的表达。结果 假手术组大鼠激发后 ,延髓内脏带、下丘脑室旁核和视上核内可发现大量Fos蛋白表达 ;手术组大鼠上述核团内的Fos蛋白表达量则明显减少。结论 迷走神经在支气管哮喘免疫应答中 ,可能是传递呼吸道免疫信息的重要途径之一。 Objective To study the role of vagus nerve in conveying immune signalsion into the brain in ovalbumin-induced acute allergic asthmatic rats. Methods The ovalbumin(OVA)sensitized and challenged rat model of asthma was used in the study. Rats received either bilateral cervical vagotomy or sham operation under the condition of sensitization. Two weeks later, rats were challenged with OVA by intrabronchial route, and were sacrificed 2 hours later. Changes of Fos protein expression in the medullary visceral zone(MVZ), paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus (PVN) and supraoptic nucleus (SON) were observed with immunohistochemical ABC staining method. Results OVA challenge caused significant Fos protein expression within the MVZ, PVN and SON in the sham surgery groups, which was markedly inhibited in the surgery groups. Conclusion Vagus nerve may be one of the important signal pathways transmitting pulmonary immune signals into the brain during the course of immune response of bronchial asthma.
