在区划宜昌公益林的基础上,提出了公益林规划目标与规划框架,对公益林重点建设工程做了详细规划,并提出了规划实施的保障措施。
Based on the rational division, scientific and manipulative programming target and framework are advanced. Detailed programming is made for the crucial programming project, as well as the safeguarding step stressed.
