摘要
目的 建立高效液相色谱 -蒸发光散射法测定奈替米星含量。方法 采用 ZORBAX Extend-C1 8( 4 .6× 2 5 0 mm,5μm)柱 ,以 0 .2 mol· L - 1三氟醋酸 -甲醇 ( 92∶ 8)为流动相 ,流速 0 .6ml· min- 1 ;蒸发光散射检测器 :漂移管温度 110℃ ,载气流速为 2 .8L· min- 1 。 结果 奈替米星在0 .5～ 5 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9999;平均回收率为 98.7%,RSD=1.8%( n=9)。结论 本法简便、快速 ,结果准确、可靠 。
OBJECTIVE To establise HPLC Evaporative light scattering detector(ELSD)method for the determination of Netilmicin.METHODS The column:ZORBAX Extend C 18 (4 6mm×250mm,5μm);The mobile phase:0 2mol·L -1 trifluroacetic acid methanol(92∶8);The flow rate:0 6ml·min -1 ;ELSD:the temperature of the drift tube was set at 110℃,and the flow rate of gas at 2 80L·min -1 .RESULTS The standard curve was rectilinear within the range of 0 5～5μg,r=0 9999;The average recovery was 98 7%(RSD=1 8%,n=9).CONCLUSION The method is simple and rapid,the results is accurate and good reproducible.
