摘要
目的探讨D-二聚体临床检测意义。方法参考国内外关于D-二聚体的有关文献资料,并综述之。结果D-二聚体在DIC、恶性肿瘤、急性白血病、慢性骨髓增生疾病、冠心病、糖尿病、脑血管疾病、精神分裂症等疾病,尤其是伴有微血栓形成时,其检测值增高。结论D-二聚体应用于DIC诊断,在恶性肿瘤、冠心病、糖尿病、脑血管疾病、甚至精神性疾病的诊治判定方面均有应用价值。
Objective:This article will explore the clinical significance of D -d ipolymer detection.Methods:Consulting the documents about D-dipolymer at home a nd abroad,then summarizing them.Results:The result of D-dipolymer increase when the patient gets DIC,malignant tumor,acute leukocythemia,chronic myeloprolifera tive disease,coronary heart disease,diabete,cerebrovascular disease,schizophreni a ect.,especially accompanied with microthrombosis.Conclusion:D-dipolymer has b een applied to the diagnosis of DIC.At the same time,it has great value in use a t the diagnosis and therapy of malignant tumor,coronary heart disease,diabete,ce rebrovascular disease,as well as mental disease.
