摘要
介绍氢频标中小型化的接收和锁相系统的特点及如何在电路设计和工艺上实现它,也介绍了系统中各主要部件的工作原理和性能。
The features of the compact receiving and phase-locked loop system in H-maser frequency standard, and the design and technology of the related circuits are described in this paper. Besides, the principle and property of the main units of the system are also introduced.
