摘要
本文就电网负荷变化,存在峰谷差的必然规律,论述水电机组调峰运行的作用,分析西北水电在调峰存在的一些问题;并探索改善的措施和建议.
The load variation with peaks and hollows in power system is an inexorable law. On this basis, the function of hydropower units operation for peak-load adjustment is expounded. The problems concerning peak-load adjustment in northwest power system are discussed and exploratory measures to improve the function are proposed.
