摘要
本文用磨蚀迹线分析轴流式水轮机过流部件内的流态,从中探讨不同部位的磨蚀机理及水力、结构中存在的问题.经对四座水电站轴流定桨式水轮机的综合治理,验证了理论分析的正确性,水轮机性能得以改善.
In this paper, flow regime is analysed with abrasion and cavitalion trace in the-flow passage of axial-flow turbine. Mechanism of abrasion and cavitation at various points,and hydraulic and construction problems are discussed.Through comprehensive harnessing on the fixed pitch propeller turbines in four power stations, the theoretical analysis presented is verified and performance of turbine is improved.
