摘要
目的 :探讨复方丹参滴丸对高脂血症兔髂动脉内皮剥脱后内膜增殖的影响。方法 :体重 2 0～ 2 3kg的雄性日本大耳白兔 2 0只 ,随机分为对照组 (n =10 )、复方丹参滴丸组 (n =10 ) ,高脂喂养两周后 ,行右髂动脉球囊内皮剥脱术。从术前 3天天始 ,治疗组饲以复方丹参滴丸 (30 0mg·只 - 1 ·天 - 1 )。术后 4周 ,取损伤侧髂动脉行病理形态学分析及增殖细胞核抗原 (Prolif eratingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)免疫组化检测。结果 :复方丹参滴丸组新生内膜面积和内膜增殖细胞核抗原阳性细胞率均小于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而管腔面积大于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组同期血脂水平无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :复方丹参滴丸能抑制动脉损伤后平滑肌细胞增殖 ,有缓解内膜增生 ,减轻实验性动脉再狭窄的作用 ,该作用不依赖对血脂的调节。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Danshen dripping pills on neointimal hyperplasia in rabbit iliac artery after endothelial denudation.Methods:20 male rabbits(body weight 2000g～2300g) were balloon injuried on the right iliac artery after 2 weeks of a high cholesterol diet(2g Cholesterol and 6g peanut oil/day),then were randomly assigned to Danshen dripping pills group(300mg/day,n=10) or control group(n=10).Danshen dripping pills group were administered drugs 3 days before and was continued until the rabbits were killed 4 weeks after balloon injury.Morphometric analysis of the injured arteries included the intimal area(square millimeters),and internal elastic lamina(IEL) area(square millimeters).The level of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) protein in neointimal were studied by means of immunohistochemistry.Result:The neointimal area and the level of PCNA protein in Danshen dripping pills group decreased,and the lumen area increased significantly.Conclusion:The therapy of Danshen dripping pills can reduce the rabbit iliac artery neointimal hyperplasia induced by ballon injury and hyperlipidemia.
