氮肥对结球甘蓝产量与硝酸盐含量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 在田间小区试验条件下.研究了氮肥不同用量、不同品种、不同施肥方法以及配施硝化抑制剂对结球甘蓝产量和硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明,氮肥施用量对结球甘蓝的产量和硝酸盐含量有明显的影响,结球甘蓝的适宜施氮最为180 kg·hm-2;不同氮肥品种处理的结球甘蓝产量为碳酸氢铵>硝酸钙>尿素>氯化铵,硝酸盐含量为硝酸钙>尿素>碳酸氢铵>氯化铵;在等氮量的情况下,结球甘蓝的产量和硝酸盐含量随有机肥施用比例增加丽减少.有机氮与无机氮的适宜配比为1:1;氮肥不同施用方法以基肥1/3+追肥2/3的商品产量最高,硝酸盐含量最低;双氰胺与尿素配合施用,对结球甘蓝商品产量及硝酸盐积累有一定的影响。 Field experiments were carried out to study the effect of nitrogen amount, fertilizer kinds, application methods and nitrification inhibitor on yield and nitrate content in cabbage (Brassica L. var. capitata L. ). The results showed that application amounts of nitrogen fertilizer increased cabbage yield, but high nitrogen rates inhibited its growth. In contrast, nitrate contents in cabbage increased continuously with the increase of nitrogen rates, and significantly positive correlation was found between nitrogen rates and nitrate contents. The optimal nitrogen amount was 180 kg · hm-2. Comparing different nitrogen fertilizer treatments, the order of cabbage yield was as follows: ammonium bicarbonate> calcium nitrate> urea> ammonia chloride, whereas, nitrate content of cabbage was as follows: calcium nitrate > urea > ammonium bicarbonate > ammonia chloride. Under the experiment which had the same nitrogen amount, the yield and nitrate content of cabbage decreased with increase of the ratio of organic fertilizer to inorganic nitrogen increased. The proper ratio of organic nitrogen to inorganic nitrogen was 1 : 1. Basal manure (1/3 of total nitrogen) adding after manure (2/3 of total nitrogen) was proposed as the proper method for nitrogen application. Adding dicyandiamid into urea could affect yield and nitrate content of cabbage.
