摘要
以11个陆地棉品种为亲本,用同亲回归法分析10个杂交组合F_1代与双亲主要经济性状的关系。结果表明:铃重、纤维长度和单株皮棉产量的回归系数和相关系数均达0.05显著水准;9个主要经济性状的一般配合力虽然互不一致,但均明显小于其特殊配合力,说明F_1代各个主要经济性状组合间的遗传差异,主要成份是基因的互作效应;由于非加性基因互作效应存在,使F_1代的主要经济性状表现出杂种优势;主要经济性状的狭义遗传力均较低。但相对而言,纤维长度、细度、强力和断裂长度等品质性状的狭义遗传刀较有关产量性状的偏高。
Using 11 varieties of Gossypium hirsutum L. as parents, the relation of major economic character was analyzed between F1 of 10 hybrid combination and their parents by constant parent regression. The results showed that regressive coefficients and relative coefficients of boll weight, fibre length and ginned cotton yield of 1 plant achieved 0.05 notable level. The general combining ability was appearantly less than special combining ability for 9 major economic character, it is suggested that the hereditary differences were majorly due to interreaction effect of gene for major economic character of F_1. Because there was nonadditive gene action, the major economic character of F1 appeared hybrid vigor, Their special heritabilities of major characters all were low; comparitively to say, the special heritabilites of length ,fineness,strength and cleavage length of cotton fibre were higher than the special heritabilities of some characters about yield.
