摘要
用6种种衣剂处理水稻种子的结果表明,参试种衣剂均能提高秧苗根际土壤磷酸酶、纤维素酶和蔗糖酶的活性,以及秧苗根系活力和秧苗素质。其中,经科农16号、华农3号和ZSB种衣剂处理的土壤纤维素酶、蔗糖酶的活性与未用种衣剂处理的对照差异达极显著水平.优富8号处理的土壤纤维素酶活性与对照差异达极显著水平;ZSB、优富3号和ZSA处理的土壤磷酸酶活性与对照差异达显著水平;ZSB处理的秧苗根系活力与对照差异达极显著水平,优富8号和华农3号处理的根系活力与对照差异达显著水平。
Six kinds of seed coating agents used in this experiment could increase the activities of phosphorylase, cellulase and sucrase in the rhizospheric soil, increase the root system vitality and improve the quality of rice seeding. The difference of activities of soil cellulase and sucrase between Kenong 16, Huanong 3 and ZSB and control was significant at 1 % levels. The difference of activities of soil cellulase between Youfu 8 and control was also significant at 1 % levels. The difference of seedling root system vitality reached the level of 1 % by using seed coating agents ZSB, and reached the level of 5% by using seed coating agents Youfu 8 and Huanong 3.
