摘要
通过盆栽试验研究石灰对镉污染土壤镉的形态和芥菜镉吸收的影响,结果表明,施用石灰后,土壤交换态和松结有机态镉的含量降低,碳酸盐结合态、紧结有机态和残留态镉的含量提高,交换态和松结有机态镉是土壤中活性镉和植株吸收镉的主要来源。施用石灰显著降低芥菜镉含量,提高芥菜产量。
Pot experiment was carried out to study the effects of liming on soil Cd fractionation and Cd uptake by vegetable (Brassica juncea var. foliosa Bailey) in heavy metal contaminated soil. The results showed that the contents of exchangeable form and weaky-bound-to organic form of Cd decreased . but the contents of carbonate form, strongly-bound-to organic form and residual form of Cd in soil increased. Statistical analysis realized that exchangeable form and weaky-bound-to organic form were the resource of active Cd in soil as well as plant uptake. Lime application could decrease the content of Cd in B. juncea var. foliosa and increase the yield significantly.
