摘要
单一土地利用类型的相对变化率是反映某种土地利用数量变化的区域差异的模型之一。计算了“九五”期间福建省各县市城镇建设用地的相对变化率和相对变化面积百分比,并用GIS软件作出这两个模型计算值的区域差异图。结果表明,福建省“九五”期间城镇土地利用变化格局表现为沿海地区相对速率慢但扩展规模较大,内陆山区则相对速率快但扩展规模较小。认为土地利用相对变化率公式的不足之处在于它没有考虑基数大小对结果的影响,笔者提出的土地利用相对变化面积百分比公式可弥补前者的不足。
Relative land-use-change rate is one of the models of measuring regional difference of specific kinds of land-use-change. Relative change rate and relative area percentage of urban land-use during the period of 1996-2000 in each county and city in Fujian Province were calculated , the map showing regional difference as urban land-use-change in the same period was made by GIS packages. The results showed velocity of urban land-use-change in littoral region were smaller than that in mountainous areas, but the actual expanding area of the former were much bigger than that of the latter. The main drawback of relative change rate was due to that it had not considered the influence of original area of specific land use on the results. Area percentage of relative change could eliminate the drawback.
