摘要
研究结果表明,种仁蛋白质含量和油分含量间的负相关达极显著水平(r=-0.853)。育种上筛选高油分、高蛋白质的棉花品种并不影响棉纤维的最佳品质。初步认为铃期≥15℃的积温是影响棉子发育和品质的最重要因子。
The results showed that seed protein contents had a significant negative correlation with seed fat contents (r=-0.8533*).Cotton fibral quality was not affected by breeding for high fat contents &high protein contents. Primarily recognizing, Cumulating temperature above 15℃ was the most important factor for development and quality of cotton seed.
