摘要
通过对870例不孕不育症病人的健康教育,包括提高病人对相关知识的了解,心理护理,指导病人合理饮食及正确的性生活。病人教育前后对不孕不育疾病知识掌握情况差异显著,经字2检验,P<0.01。经过我科治疗后58%病人已孕或生育,病人满意度为95%,2002年较2001年病人就诊率增加了29%,外地就诊率为30%。
Through health education of870sterile patients,including patients'understanding related knowledge,psychological nursing,diet instruction and corrective sexual life instruction,we found there was significant difference before and after health education in terms of knowledge of sterility statistically(P<0.01).It was proven health education was equal with therapy in importance,and they were closely related.After the treatment in our department,58%of our patients were pregnant or gave birth,with satisfaction95%.The number of sterile outpatients went up by29%in2002,compared with the year of2001.The number of sterile outpatients from other regions went up by30%.So the hospital gained good benefits socially and economically.
