摘要
对100例携带输液泵离院化疗的门诊病人实施系统、全程的健康教育,内容包括心理疏导、知识教育、局部静脉的自我保护、饮食指导等,增强了病人对输液泵的认识,减轻局部毒副反应,减少静脉渗漏,提高了生活质量,顺利完成各化疗方案。
Systematic and full-course health education was given to100outpatients receiving chemotherapy by portable infusion pump,the contents including psychological guidance,knowledge education,self-protection of local vein and diet instruction,etc.The results showed that it could increase patients'realization of chemotherapeutic pump,relieve local toxic reaction,reduce venous leakage,elevate quality of life and help to complete chemotherapy schemes successfully.
