摘要
为做好未来战争的护理保障工作,笔者认为在当前部队护理战备建设中应当着重加强以下几个方面:(1)在战时急救护理中引入整体护理观,强化战伤整体护理。(2)为战时培养适用的急救护理人才,以满足战场救护的需要。(3)立足战时,积极开展护理技术和装备的研究,为未来战争全面做好护理技术准备。
The author argues that in order to prepare well for the nursing service in future wars,we should attach importance to the following in present combat readiness of military nursing:1)introduction of holistic nursing into wartime emergency nursing and reinforcement of holistic nursing for war wounds;2)training of emergency nursing talents to meet the needs of combat saving and rescuing;3)basing our target on wartime and carrying out studies on nursing technology and apparatus for the purse of making us fully prepared in nursing technology for future wars.
