摘要
通过比较几种Lewis酸对长叶烯异构化反应的催化效果,选择了LS-98作为长叶烯异构化反应的较为理想的催化剂。通过对异构化反应的温度、反应时间和溶剂用量等条件对比试验,选择了长叶烯异构化反应的工艺:以冰乙酸为溶剂,LS-98为催化剂,在30~40℃温度下反应3~4小时,90%以上的长叶烯转化为异长叶烯。
LS-98 is used as a catalyst for isomerizing reaction of longifolene to iso longifolene, in consequence of its higher catalytic effect than other a few of Lewis acid catalysts. Through study on reactic condition e. g. temperiture, time, and quantity of solvent, the isomerized process of longifolene to isolongifolene is affirmed: used glacial acetic acid as solvent, LS-98 as catalyst,a t 30~40℃, the agitation is desirably carried out for 3 hours after longifolene addition, more than 90% longifolene was isomerized to isolongifolene.
