摘要
目的 观察分析多波长激光治疗太田痣的临床效果。方法 自 1998年 6月以来 ,应用多波长激光治疗4 6 0例太田痣患者 ,每次治疗间隔 4～ 6个月 ,根据患者不同的年龄、性别及太田痣颜色的深浅 ,选用不同的技术参数。结果 多波长激光治疗 3～ 6次后 ,4 5 0例患者治愈 ,8例患者显效 ,2例患者有效 ,总有效率为 10 0 %。治疗后有8例患者创面皮肤出现程度不等的继发性色素沉着 ,3～ 6个月自行消退 ,治疗后全部患者均无瘢痕形成。结论 多波长激光治疗太田痣其方法安全可靠 ,效果令人满意 。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects on treatment of nevus of Ota by multiple wave length laser system. Methods Since June 1998, 460 cases of nevus of Ota were treated once every 4～6 months, according to the shade of pigment, age and gender of the patients different technical parameters were selected. Results After 3～6 times of treatment, excellent results were obtained in 450 cases, good in 8 cases, and improved in 2 cases. The total effevtive rate was 100%. After treatment, 8 cases had pigmentation of different degree in area exposted to laser. During follow up for 3～6 months the above reaction disappeared gradually without any scar formation. Conclusion Satisfactory results are obtained in patients with nevus of Ota treated by multiple wave length laser system. It is safe and reliable and worth to be recommended.
