化学发光法检测β-HCG及临床应用

摘要 目的 对磁微粒化学发光免疫技术定量检测血清β-HCG进行评价。方法 对磁微粒化学发光免疫技术定量检测血清β-HCG的精密度、灵敏度、回收率、抗干扰能力进行评价,并与放免法(RIA)进行比较。结果 精密度、灵敏度、回收率、抗干扰能力各项指标均达到临床要求。与放免法比较,得到回归方程Y化=0.99X放+1.14,r=0.99。结论 初步评价表明该检测系统对β-HCG高度灵敏和特异,且精密度符合临床要求,与放免法有很好的相关性,值得推广应用。 Objective To estimate the method of paramagnetic-particle chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA) for the quantitative determination of total β-HCG levels in human serum. Methods To calculate the precision,sensitivity,recovery and anti-interference of CLIA for the quantitative determination of total β-HCG levels in human serum,and compared it with RIA. Results CLIA attained the clinical demand in terms of its precision,sensitiveness,recovery and anti-interference. Compared it with RIA,got recursive equation:YCLIA = 0. 99XRIA + 1- 14,r=0. 99. Conclusion CLIA is highly sensitive and distinctive to determine the quantity of total β-HCG levels in human serum,and its precision and correlation is in accord with clinical demand. So CLIA deserves of wide application in clinic.
