急性脑梗死患者尿Na^+、尿类洋地黄物质与红细胞内Na^+、Mg^(2+)浓度及ATP酶的相关性 被引量:6

摘要 目的 探讨急性脑梗死 (ACI)患者尿Na+ 、尿类洋地黄物质的改变及与红细胞内Na+ 、Mg2 + 浓度和红细胞膜ATP酶活性的相互关系。方法 检测 35例ACI患者尿Na+ 、尿类洋地黄物质含量和血红细胞膜ATP酶活力 ,血红细胞内Na+ 、Mg2 + 的浓度 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 ACI患者尿Na+ 、尿类洋地黄物质的浓度、血红细胞内Na+ 浓度明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 0 1,P <0 0 1) ,红细胞内Mg2 + 浓度较对照组降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,红细胞膜ATP酶活性较对照组降低 (P <0 0 5~P <0 .0 1) ,尿Na+ 与尿类洋地黄物质呈正相关 ,红细胞内Na+ 与尿Na+ 、尿类洋地黄物质呈正相关 ,与ATP酶呈负相关 ,红细胞内Mg2 + 与尿Na+ 、尿类洋地黄物质呈负相关 ,与ATP酶呈正相关。结论 ACI患者存在类洋地黄物质的异常分泌、尿Na+ Objective To investigate the correlation between levels of erythrocyte natrium(EN),magnesium(EM),adenosine triphosphate enzyme(Na + K + ATPase,Ca 2+ Mg 2+ ATPase) activity versus urine natrium(UN),urine endogenous digitalis like substances(UEDLS) change in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) Methods 35 patients with ACI were measured in UEDLS,the changes of UN,erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity,and levels EN,EM,and compared with the normal controls Results Levels of UN,UEDLS,EN were significantly elevated( P <0 05, P <0 001, P <0 01),EM was significantly reduced( P <0 05),erytheocyte membrane ATPase activity was significantly lower in acute CI group than those in the normal controls( P <0 05~ P <0 01).The EN,UN were significantly positively correlated with Edls.The EN,UN,EDLS were negatively significantly correlated with erythrocyte membrane ATPase activity,the EM was positively significantly correlated with erythrocyte membrance ATPase activity Conclusion ACI patients have existed abnormality secretion of EDLS,UN excrete increase,erythrocyte membrand receptor function damage
