小麦高效吸收利用氮素的生理生化特性研究进展 被引量:37

摘要 氮素供应直接影响小麦的产量和品质。本文探讨了影响小麦氮素吸收利用效率的生态因子,并分析了氮与小麦叶绿素含量、叶片气孔导度、光合产物及硝酸还原酶等一些重要酶类的关系。适量增施氮肥可显著提高小麦旗叶叶绿素含量和光合效率,提高叶片气孔导度,在灌浆后期使可溶性糖和淀粉含量增加,并能提高贮藏器官中蛋白质含量。施氮还可调节小麦硝酸还原酶、SOD、POD等的活性,协调碳氮代谢水平,延缓叶片衰老,使籽粒产量和蛋白质含量均提高,从而实现了高产与优质的统一。 The application of nitrogen directly affected the yield and the quality of wheat. This paper discussed the ecological factors influencing the nitrogen use efficiency in wheat production, and analyzed the relations of nitrogen to the chlorophyll content、leaf stomatal conductance、photosynthate and some important enzymes such as NR (nitrate reductase). The suitable application of nitrogen fertilizer enhanced the chlorophyll content and photosynthetic efficiency of wheat flag leaves, advanced the stomatal conductance, increased the content of soluble sugar and starch in the later grain-filling stage, and increased the protein content in storage organs. The application of nitrogen could also adjust the activities of NR、SOD and POD, coordinate the metabolism of carbon and nitrogen, delay the leaf senescence, increase the grain yield and the protein content, and realize the unification of high yield and good quality.
