数学模型在机械通气时持续呼吸力学动态监测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 呼吸力学数学模型的建立提供了一种在机械通气时不干扰通气设置情况下在线式持续监测呼吸力学的有用工具。线性模型和非线性模型反映不同的呼吸力学特性。建立呼吸力学动态监测数学模型比较常用的方法是最小二乘法、多重线性回归法和切份法 ,新近提出的方法包括动静态算法和模糊聚类法。
