摘要
研究以冬虫夏草菌丝体为原料分离提取冬虫夏草多糖的最佳条件和生产工艺。结果证明 :冬虫夏草多糖的最佳提取条件是 :原料粒度为 30 0目 ,菌粉和水分的比例为 1∶2 .5 ,浸提时间为 2 4h ,pH值为7.5～ 8.0。研究结果为冬虫夏草多糖特性分析和临床检测提供了基本理论数据。
It was discussed the best condition and tecnics of production that polysaccharide was separated and extracted from Hyphae of Coydyceps sinersis.The result showed that the best condition for extracting Polysaccharide from Coydyceps sinersis was as follows:granularity of materials was 300 mesh,adding water at a ratio of 1∶2.5,time of extraction was 24 hours,PH was 7.5-8.0,these supplied data of basic theory for character analyzing and clnical testing of Polysaccharied from Coydyceps sinersis.
