抑癌基因PTEN口腔鳞癌组织中表达及意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨第10同源染色体丢失性磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因(phosphatase and tension homology deleted on chromosome ten, PTEN)在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR法和免疫组化法检测PTEN在32例口腔鳞癌组织中mRNA和蛋白的表达水平。结果正常口腔粘膜组织中PTEN呈高表达,无淋巴结转移者PTEN表达率(12/22)显著高于有淋巴结转移者(1/10);PTEN表达水平与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关,但与肿瘤病理分级和临床分期相关。结论 PTEN低表达与口腔鳞癌的恶性程度和转移潜能密切相关。
