摘要
目的 了解某兵工企业工人色觉异常与视力的关系 ,以期为定岗择业提供科学依据。方法 测查入厂以来从未参加过体检及建档的 3 774名工人的色觉及视力。结果 3 774名工人中共检出红、绿色觉异常者 96名 ,总检出率为 2 5 6% ;男性色觉异常检出率高于女性 ;色盲患者其视力低下的检出率较色觉正常者低 ,以上结果经统计学处理 ,其差异均有显著性 ,而色弱患者其视力低下的检出率与色觉正常差异无显著性。结论 兵工厂企业工人上岗前健康体检时进行色觉检查尤为重要。
To learn the relations between abnormal sense of color and eyesight among workers in an arsenal enterprise, and to provide scientific basis for assigning position and selecting occupation.The sense of color and eyesight of 3 744 workers who had never been examined and filed since when they came were tested.96 workers of the 3 744 were detected abnormal sense of color in red and green. The detection rate was 2.56%. Male had a higher abnormal rate than female. The poor eyesight rate of the achromatopsia was lower than that of those with normal sense of color. Significant difference was found in the above results according to the statistics. No significant difference was found between those with poor sense of color and those with normal sense of color in the rate of poor eyesight.[Conclusion]It is very important to conduct physical examination on the new employees in arsenal enterprises.
