摘要
目的 :了解我院临床分离的耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌 (MRS)的分布及耐药性。方法 :用 Kirby- Bauer法对我院临床分离的 394株 MRS进行药敏试验并对其标本来源和病区分布进行分析。结果 :4 71株葡萄球菌中 MRS394株 ,占 83.7%。各类标本中 ,检出 MRS最多的是血液 (40 .36 % ) ,检出 MRS最多的科室是ICU (2 3.35 % )。 MRS除对万古霉素和替考拉宁耐药率为 0外 ,对其余 8种抗生素的耐药率高达 2 7.7%~84 .7%。结论 :本地区 MRS的检出率高 ,血液标本和 ICU病房检出 MRS最多 ,MRS耐药形势严峻 ,值得高度重视。
Objective: In order to know the resistance of MRS to antimicrobial agents and its distribution.Methods:The susceptibility of antimicrobial agents aganst 394 strains MRS were test by Kirby-Bauer method. Results:394 of 417 strains of Staphylococcu are MRS(83.7%). 40.36% MRS were isolated from blood .ICU had the highest isolated rate of MRS. All strains were sensitive to vancomycin and teicoplanin,the resistance rates of the rest 8 antimicrobial agents are 27.7% ~84.7%.Conclusion:The isolated rate of MRS was high in our area.Medical workers should pay great attention to that.
