摘要
目的 :观察Magfit磁性附着体用于全口覆盖义齿和可摘局部覆盖义齿的修复疗效。方法 :为 2 0名患者制作 31只Magfit磁性附着体 ,对义齿的固位 ,咀嚼和使用情况进行为期 2年的随访观察。结果 :31只磁性附着体均在正常使用 ,其义齿的固位力 ,稳定性 ,咀嚼功能良好 ,基牙健康。结论 :Magfit磁性附着体能提高义齿的固位力及咀嚼效率 ,缩短义齿的适应期 ,保护基牙的健康 ,美观效果好 。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of magnetic at ta chment in complete overdenture and removable partial overdenture.Meth ods:Clinical observation of retention of denture, masticatory functio n of patients, reaction of patients were recorded according to 20 cases for 2 ye ars.Results:All cases has good effects.Magnetic attachment can provide good retention and improve the masticatory performance of the patie nts.Conclusions:Magfit Ex magnetic attachment is very usef ul to improve the function of complete overdenture and removable partial overden ture.
