地塞米松预防术后硬膜外吗啡镇痛引起的恶心呕吐

摘要 目的:观察及评价地塞米松预防吗啡硬膜外镇痛所致恶心呕吐的效果。方法:选择120例剖宫产妇以硬膜外镇痛药液含地塞米松剂量不同分为三组:A组为地塞米松剂量10 mg,B组为地塞米松剂量5mg,C组以生理盐水为对照组。对三组出现吗啡的副作用进行比较。结果:A组、B组与C组比较吗啡副作用的发生率明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);A组与B组比较,吗啡副作用的发生率差异亦有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:地塞米松能有效预防吗啡硬膜外镇痛引起的恶心呕吐副作用,且和剂量呈相关性。
