摘要
对54例腹膜透析患者进行社会支持问卷调查,发现腹透1年组患者社会支持率最低(55.56％),并评估社会支持的来源、阶段性、方法及护士在社会支持中的作用,采取一系列针对性措施以提高腹膜透析患者的支持率及生产质量。
A social support function questionnaire survey for 54 PD patients, was worked out. The result of social support function in PD patient for one year was the lowest(55.56%). The source, stage and method of the social support funtion and as well as the role of nurses were evaluated with the purpose of improving the social support function and the living quality of PD patients.
