摘要
单件订货生产类型在整个工业中占很大的比重,由于复杂多变的生产特点,造成其生产计划与控制的复杂化和困难化。本文提出了具有相同生产工艺流程的多个项目的联网网络模型,用以解决具有特定生产特点的一类多品种单件订货生产的进度计划安排问题,并建立了相应的生产计划与控制系统流程。
Single order production type plays a great role in industry on account that the complicated production variation leads to its complication and difficulty in production planning and controlling. A joint network model for multiple products with the same technological process which is used in the application of the model to the single order production progress planning arrangement with special production characteristics of multi-products, and also, the relevant production planning and controlling program systems are given in this paper.
