摘要
在盘形凸轮的加工过程中,只要保证凸轮廓线上每一点对应的曲率中心位置与理论计算结果相符,就可以保证从动件运动规律,准确地实现其二阶导数设计目标。本文以理论计算所得曲率中心轨迹为出发点,提出盘形凸轮廓线圆弧拟合的曲率中心法。
In processing of the tray-shaped protrusile cam, ensuring that the curvature central position, coincident with cach point of the cam outline, must conform to the theoretical calculation result will lead to regular motion of the moving parts, and will accurately realize the design purpose of the 2-order cocfficient. This paper will work out the currature centre method of the are coincidcnee of the tray-shaped cam outline according to the curvature centre locus by theorctical compulation as the starting point.
