摘要
本文就我国西部地区油料生产的现状,比较国内外油料生产的发展趋势,根据“有所为有所不为”的原则,针时该地区油料生产存在的主要问题与优势,提出西部各省区油料生产的发展重点、技术需求和应对策略。
This paper analyzed the current situation of oil crops in western China and the developing tendency of the developed countries. Based on the principle 'what can we do and what cann't do'. After analysis of the main problems and advantages,the paper also put forword to the focal developing fields,the technological requirements and countermeasures for oil crops production in western area of China.
