摘要
社会经济的快速发展,高新技术在农业上的广泛应用,对农业科技推广提出了新的要求。我国作为发展中国家,当前的农业科技推广在体制与机制的许多方面已不适应形势发展需要,必须加速改革,推进农科教结合,提高推广队伍的素质与农业生产的组织化程度,探索新的服务方式,以建立新型农业科技推广模式。
The rapid development of social economy and the wide application of high-technology in agriculture constantly demand on scientific and technological extension of agriculture. As a developing country, the present scientific and technological extension of agriculture in China has not been able to meet the needs of situa-tional development in many aspects of the system and mechanisms. The reform has to be speed up to promote the combination of agriculture-science-education, raise the quality of extension contingent and the level of organization in agricultural production, and explore new service pattern in order to set up a new scientific and technological extension model of agriculture.
