摘要
研究采用特殊活化金属添加剂的方法,改善了金属和各种陶瓷相的润湿性能,并结合成分设计、显微结构设计及相分布设计,研制出Al_2O_3-(TiW)C,Al_2O_3-TiC-金属,Al_2O_3-Ti(CN)-金属三种体系、四种牌号的高强度和高韧性的陶瓷刀具材料。这四种牌号的陶瓷刀具可满足不同加工对象的要求,在各自的加工范围内均能发挥出十分优异的切削性能。
The special activation metal additive agent method is adoped to change the humid ability of the metal and various ceramie phase. In combination with the design of the constitution, the microscopic texture and the phase distributions, the high strength and toughness ceramic cutting materials of these three kinds are produced: AL_2O_3-(TiW)C, AL_2O_3-Tic-mctal, AL_2O_3-Ti(CN)-mctal with four brands. All of these ceramie inserts can meet the general and speeifie requirements of all customers and have the best cutting performance.
