摘要
以氯离子选择性电极为指示电极 ,甘汞电极为参比电极 ,用电位滴定法测定维生素 B1 注射液的含量 ,通过电位突跃来判断滴定终点。本法的测定结果与药典法基本一致。
The potentiometric titration for determination of vitamin B 1 injection was presented.A chloride ion selective electrode and a calomel electrode were used as indication electrode and reference electrode, respectively. The end-point was detected by the breakpoint of electric potential. The result was uniform with that of the ChP.
