稀土离子对BEL-7402细胞蛋白质构象变化的影响 被引量:5

摘要 应用傅立叶变换红外光谱 (FT IR)方法 ,考察了稀土离子作用于BEL 740 2细胞后所引起的整个细胞蛋白质构象的变化。结果 :在Hepes缓冲液介质中 ,1 .0× 1 0 - 4mol·L- 1La3+对BEL 740 2细胞蛋白二级结构的影响随时间变化 ,作用 1h没有影响 ;作用 2h和 3h结果类似 ;作用 3h ,1 .0× 1 0 - 4mol·L- 1的不同稀土离子相比较 ,使Random上升的程度是Yb3+>La3+>Gd3+。提示 :稀土离子可使BEL 740 2细胞蛋白质构象发生变化 。 FT-IR revealed that Ln caused the changes of the secondary structure of cellular proteins in Hepes buffer medium. The major changes decreased β-sheet and increased random coil changes of the hydrogen bond and aggregation of proteins obviously.
