摘要
本文论述了针对某厂9m井式渗碳炉渗碳全过程自动化而设计的两级微计算机集散控制系统,详细介绍了硬件配置及特点,并给出了软件框图。由于此系统的通用性、灵活性和高可靠性,因此它也适用于一大类工业过程的综合控制。经实际运行结果表明,系统性能良好,取得了满意结果。
In this paper, the design and application of a two-stage distributed computer con- trol system by a certain factory for the full carburzing process automation of the 9m-well type carburzing furnace have been discussed. The paper introduces the configuration and the characteristics of the system in detail. The hardware structure diagrams and software flow charts are also given. With the generality, high reliability and adaptability of the system can be used for comprehensive automatic control of a class of industrial process. The results which were operated on the experimental carburzing furnace of the institute and 9m carburz- ing furnace of the factory in real production have been shown that the system has performed well and meets the design demands.
