摘要
本文以50×90mm水平连铸灰铸铁型材为对象,通过实测结晶器内石墨套特征点的温度值,用差分法求解了型材表面与结晶器传热的热流边界条件。与实测的结晶器冷却水带走的热量比较,证明计算结果与实际吻合。
Based on direct measuring the temperature distribution at the predesigned locations of water cooling graphite sleeve the thermal boundary condition of heat flux between the graphite sleeve and the horizontal continuous cast rectangular gray iron bar, 50×90mm in size, was computerized according to the explicit-finite difference method. Compared with the measured total heat carried away from defferent sides of cooling jacket, the calculated heat flux boundary condition is proved of satisfactory accurate.
