摘要
目的:探讨妊娠期糖尿病对母体健康的影响。方法:分析在北京大学人民医院分娩的GDM69例及健康孕妇70例的妊娠结局。结果:GDM组中有高危因素、剖宫产率、病理妊娠发生率、胎婴儿并发症均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期糖尿病严重影响母婴健康,应重视妊娠期糖尿病的早期诊断和治疗。
Objective:To discuss the effect of GDM on maternity health. Methods: The pregnancy outcome of 69 GDM patients and 70 healthy pregnant women who deliveried in People's Hospital of Beijing University were analysed. Resuls:The group of GDM had high risk factor, cesarean operation rate、 pathologic pregnancy rate、fetal and babies complication were high than in the normals. Conclusion:GDM effects health of mother and baby seriously,so it should be early diagnosed and cured.
